Khatron Ke Khiladi 15: winner, finale and what to know

What is Khatron Ke Khiladi?

Khatron Ke Khiladi is an Indian reality television series centred on stunts. Season 15 carried the subtitle “Darr Ka Naya Daur,” was hosted by Rohit Shetty and was filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, according to the season summary. ³

That makes it different from a drama with a scripted storyline: contestants take on challenges, and the season builds towards a final competition. For an ordinary viewer, the main point is simple: it is an entertainment show, not a guide to attempting dangerous stunts.

Who won Khatron Ke Khiladi 15?

Avinash Mishra is listed as the season winner in the available season summary. It names Rithvik Dhanjani as first runner-up. ³

The reports published around the finale describe the finalists and the prize expected for the winner, but they do not provide a detailed account of the final challenge or the result ceremony. ¹² The winner information is therefore best read alongside the season summary, rather than assuming every reported prize detail has the same level of confirmation.

Who made it to the final five?

A report published on finale day named Avinash Mishra, Farhana Bhatt, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi and Orhan Awatramani, known as Orry, among the five contestants in the final stage. ²

The same report said Rubina Dilaik and Harsh Gujral were eliminated before those five reached the final. ² These names help explain the search interest: viewers were looking for the finalists, the winner and the ending of the season all at once.

When and where did the finale air?

The finale was presented in two parts. The first part aired on October 3, 2026, and the final episode aired on October 4 at 9 p.m. in India on Colors TV, according to the finale report. ²

Jagran also reported that the final episode was available on JioHotstar at the same time. ¹ These were scheduled viewing details reported before or around the broadcast; availability may change after the original airing.

What was the winner supposed to receive?

The finale report said the winner would get a trophy, 20 lakh rupees and a new Maruti Suzuki Swift. ² The headline also mentioned a Europe trip, but the supplied excerpt does not explain its terms or confirm whether it was part of the final prize. ²

Because the available reporting does not give a fuller confirmation of the prize package, it is sensible to distinguish what the report said from details verified after the finale. The sources also do not state the winner's eventual plans for any prize.

Why are people searching for the show now?

The timing explains the renewed interest: the finale concluded on October 4, 2026, just before the date of this article. Coverage focused on where to watch, the final five and who won. ¹²

For someone who does not follow the series, the practical takeaway is that this is a recently concluded entertainment show, and the key outcome is reported: Avinash Mishra won. ³ If you want to watch rather than read about the result, check the current listing on the broadcaster or streaming service, since the sources only describe the original broadcast and online availability.
