A real person reads support@sureno.ai. Include your macOS version and what you were doing, and you will get an actual answer.
macOS says the developer cannot be verified
Expected until the build is notarised. Right-click the app in Applications and choose Open, then confirm once. If you did not download it from a link on sureno.ai, do not do this.
Making Sureno the default browser
System Settings → Desktop & Dock → Default web browser → Sureno.
Importing from Chrome, Safari or Firefox
Sureno offers on first launch, and the import lives in Settings afterwards. It copies; your other browser is not modified.
A site behaves differently than in Chrome
It should not — the engine is the same. Send us the URL and we will look, because that is a real bug.
Turning the news feed off
Customize on the start page, or Settings → Start page. The feed and its images stop loading entirely.
Uninstalling
Drag Sureno from Applications to the Trash. The app and its storage go with it.

Vulnerabilities go to the same address with enough detail to reproduce. See the security page.
Try it for a week alongside Chrome
The import copies your bookmarks and passwords rather than moving them, so Chrome stays exactly as you left it. If Sureno is not for you, uninstalling takes under a minute.
