The picture at the top is a kitchen, not a recalled product. A card shows a photo only when the agency published one of that product. Recall rows come from openFDA and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. FTC rows come from the FTC consumer-alert feed. These are public notices, not personal advice. For a medicine, do not stop a prescription without talking to a pharmacist or a doctor. FDA Class I is the most serious class, Class II may cause a temporary problem, and Class III is unlikely to cause harm. openFDA asks that its data not be used for medical decisions.
