Terms of Service

The rules for using Sureno Browser and sureno.ai. Keep them next to the Privacy Policy.

Effective date: September 7, 2026. Contact: support@sureno.ai.

Agreement

By installing Sureno Browser or using sureno.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software or the site.

The software

Sureno Browser is a macOS desktop browser provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind. You may install and use it on machines you control. It is a browser: what you do with it, and what the sites you visit do, is between you and them.

Google Workspace features

Optional Google sign-in lets Sureno request access to Google services you authorize (for example Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Tasks) so those features can run on your Mac. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies. You can disconnect Sureno at any time in the app or at your Google Account permissions page. How Sureno handles Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse Sureno to violate law, infringe others' rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Do not reverse engineer Sureno except where applicable law expressly allows.
  • Do not use Sureno's optional Google integrations in ways that violate Google's API terms or the Limited Use requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

No affiliation

Sureno is independent. Chromium, Chrome and Google are trademarks of Google LLC; macOS and Apple silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc.; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either. Publisher names in the news feed belong to their publishers and are used to credit them.

Sureno News

Story pages under /news are readable versions of articles from public feeds. The publisher is credited at the top of every page and the original is linked from it. Publishers who would rather not appear can write to support@sureno.ai and will be removed promptly.

Intellectual property

Sureno name, branding, and site content are owned by the Sureno project except where third-party marks or open-source components are credited. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to run the browser; you do not acquire ownership of the software.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sureno Browser and sureno.ai are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the software or this site. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the change will be described on this page with an updated effective date rather than summarised as “we have updated our terms.” Continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms for new activity.
