How to use it

  1. Fill in your details and your customer's details.
  2. Add a line for each job or item, with the quantity and the price. The totals work themselves out.
  3. Add tax, a discount or payment details if you need them.

Is this invoice template free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you make.

Where are my details saved?

Only in this browser on this device, so the form is filled in next time. Press "Start a new invoice" to clear it. Nothing is sent to Sureno.

What should an invoice include?

Your name and contact details, the customer's name, an invoice number, the date, what you are charging for, the total and how to pay. Some countries also need a tax number.

How do I save it as a PDF on a phone?

Press "Print or save as PDF". On an iPhone, pinch outwards on the preview and use Share to save it; on Android, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer.
