What if I finished after midnight?

Put the morning time in End. If it is earlier than the start, one day is added.

How do I write 7 hours 30 minutes as a decimal?

7.5. The tool shows both forms so you can fill in a time sheet.

Can I add up a whole week?

Work out each day, then add the decimal hours together.
