Zooey Deschanel’s Favorite Bath & Body Works Holiday Scent Feels Like a Cozy Sweater

Deschanel has joined Bath & Body Works to promote its Season of Wonder collection. As the brand’s Holiday Wonder Maker, she said she is excited to share the products with her daughter.

The assortment features pastel shades and a teddy bear motif across home fragrance, bodycare, collectible accessories and decor. Deschanel said she enjoys giving gifts and sees options in the collection for holidays, hosts and the new year.

A Year-Round Favorite

Deschanel described Moonlit Goddess as her favorite, saying she tends to prefer fruit-forward scents. The fragrance combines pear blossom, golden vanilla and French lavender. She said the scent feels wearable in spring and summer as well as winter. Deschanel compared it to a go-to sweater, saying it is what she reaches for when she is unsure what to wear.

Seasonal Scents And Gifts

Snowflakes & Cashmere has notes of caramel woods, frosted clementine and vanilla cashmere cream. Deschanel said it reminds her of Christmas and noted that its body cream offers a more subtle way to wear the scent.

Deschanel also named Marshmallow Snowfall as a holiday-leaning candle, while saying she did not want to limit herself to one choice. Her preferred hostess gift, the Shimmery Holiday Bear Pedestal, was sold out at the time described.
