Video-call the grandchildren with FaceTime

   Step 1: Open FaceTime

   Tap the green FaceTime app with the video camera.

   Step 2: Tap New Call

   You will see your recent calls. Tap New Call.

   Step 3: Type a name, then tap FaceTime

   Type the name, number or email of the person, or pick a suggested contact. Tap FaceTime to make a video call.

Good to know: Turn the phone sideways to see more of them. If they do not answer, you can record a short video message for them.
