Katsanevas says she is not dating
During a Wednesday appearance on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Katsanevas whether she was dating again. She replied, “Absolutely not,” adding that she had not gone out with anyone or kissed anyone.
The 52-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star and Trujillo, 55, separated after 27 years of marriage. Their breakup is playing out on season 7 of RHOSLC, which airs Wednesday nights on Bravo.
A relationship changed over time
Katsanevas said no single incident caused the separation. She described it as a change that had unfolded over many years and said she had questioned whether feeling disconnected was normal after being together for so long.
Before the split, she said, the two were acting as parents but not as a married couple. They were not going on dates or being loving and affectionate with each other, she explained.
Coparenting remains a priority
Katsanevas said she and Trujillo are on the same page about their daughter. She described coparenting as going well and said they dressed up together for Halloween and recently took a trip together.
She said they are still getting along, and that their long history and familiar routine make separating difficult. Putting Elektra first, she added, can mean continuing to have dinner together.
