Nearly two weeks of battery life: moto buds ultra and watch 27 help complete company’s premium ecosystem
Earbuds focus on audio features
Motorola describes the Moto Buds Ultra 27 as its most feature-packed earbuds so far. They include Bose-branded active noise cancellation, SoundDesign tuning, 11mm dynamic drivers and six high-SNR microphones, two of which are dedicated Voice Pickup Units.
The company says the microphones are intended for both audio quality and content creation. The earbuds offer about eight hours of playback per charge, while their case adds 37 more hours.
Connectivity and protection
The buds support Motorola Qira, AI Live Translate, head gestures, dual connection and audio sharing. They can connect to two devices, or let two sets of earbuds pair with one device, and they pause audio automatically when removed.
Other features include IP57 protection and Google Find Hub support. Motorola plans to offer the earbuds in Pantone Reflecting Pond, a dark blue, and Pantone Temple Gray.
Watch prioritizes everyday health
Unlike Motorola’s recently launched Watch Ultra, the Moto Watch Fit 27 is designed around daily health tracking. Motorola says it can last nearly two weeks on a charge and uses a Polar-powered health engine.
The watch has an aluminum frame, a square design, a rotating crown and a customizable physical button. Its 1.85-inch gOLED screen has 2mm bezels, Gorilla Glass 3 and an always-on display; the watch also includes Motorola Qira support.
Tracking and launch details
Health features include blood oxygen monitoring, stress insights, heart-rate tracking, menstrual cycle tracking and automatic activity detection. The watch also tracks steps, distance and more than 100 workouts, with dual-frequency GPS.
Polar-powered tracking covers sleep, calories, inactivity and active workouts. Motorola has not provided a specific launch date or price for either accessory; the watch will come in Pantone Stratified Sea, Pantone Pigeon and Pantone Ballerina.
