London Underworld Revenge Thriller Sees jason statham and Guy ritchie officially reunite for Netflix movie

A new crime thriller
Dogfight is described as a revenge thriller set in London's criminal underworld. Statham is attached to star, while Ritchie will write, direct and produce the project. Netflix has not shared specific plot details or named additional cast members. Production is scheduled to start in the United Kingdom in early 2027, and no release date has been announced.
Seven films together
The collaboration began with Ritchie's 1998 directorial debut, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Their previous films also include Snatch, Revolver, Wrath of Man and Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre.
Viva La Madness is expected to arrive before Dogfight and will be the pair's sixth movie together. That makes Dogfight their seventh collaboration.
Viva La Madness cast
Viva La Madness adapts J.J. Connolly's novel of the same name and serves as a sequel to Layer Cake, the 2004 crime thriller starring Daniel Craig. Ritchie and Connolly co-wrote the screenplay.
The ensemble includes Statham, Vinnie Jones, Jason Isaacs, Babs Olusanmokun, Camila Mendes, Ben Foster and Jonny Lee Miller. Raúl Alejandro is also set to appear in his feature-film debut.
Netflix connection continues
Dogfight extends Ritchie's growing relationship with Netflix, which has also been home to several of his recent projects, including The Gentlemen. Statham remains a prominent action star, and the new project reunites him with Ritchie for another story involving criminals. The production schedule is the only timing announced so far.
