Florida Judge Granted 50 Cent Protective Order Against Rick Ross Ex Tia Kemp for 14-Year-Old Son

Temporary restrictions ordered

A Florida judge issued a temporary injunction on Monday, October 26, after 50 Cent filed a petition on behalf of Sire in Miami-Dade County. The order requires Kemp to stay at least 500 feet from the 14-year-old and bars direct or indirect contact, including on social media.

The injunction also prohibits Kemp from possessing firearms or ammunition. After she is served, she must turn over any weapons in her possession to law enforcement. The restrictions expire November 3, when another hearing is scheduled.

Claims over online posts

In the petition, 50 Cent accused Kemp of cyberstalking and harassing Sire, including through insulting online remarks and unverified claims about his developmental health. His attorneys said she used the phrase “on the spectrum” as an insult, according to the complaint, and argued that autism is nothing to be ashamed of.

The filing also alleges Kemp posted a photo of Sire beside a sexually explicit image of a woman it suggested was his mother, Daphne Joy. 50 Cent said the posts caused humiliation, embarrassment and emotional distress. He further alleged his attorneys sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter, which she responded to by posting part of it online with a profane message to his legal team.

Separate lawsuit seeks damages

His attorneys argue the statements about Sire were false and that a child was unfairly targeted amid a public dispute. The lawsuit also asks the court to order Kemp to remove the allegedly defamatory statements and not repeat them.

Kemp disputes the action

Kemp has publicly criticized 50 Cent’s legal response and accused him of starting the feud. In a video, she said, “You can’t bully me,” and added that she would move to the Bahamas and live in a hut rather than pay him.

In another TikTok video, she reacted to the $6 million demand and cursed at him. The dispute follows 50 Cent’s public comments about an alleged assault involving Kemp and Rick Ross’ adult son.
