What 2 HP printer codes mean, from HP’s own support pages, with simple steps for each.

All the codes

Code	What it means
13 13.B9, 13.B2, 13.FF	There is a paper jam. The numbers after 13 show where: for example 13.B9 in the fuser, 13.B2 at a cover or door.
50 50.xx, 50.00, 50.10	The fuser (the part that melts toner onto the paper) has a fault. The digits after 50 give the type, such as low or high temperature.
