Here’s Which Couple Got Immunity on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Next Week

Two couples tied at the top
Seven couples remain in season 35 as the show moves toward Grammy Night. Julianne Hough announced that the couple with the highest scores on Disney Night would be immune from the following week’s dance-off.
Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson received 40 out of 40 for their jazz routine to “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” from Mary Poppins. Jenna Dewan and Val Chmerkovskiy also earned 40 out of 40, for their quickstep to “Be Our Guest” from Beauty and the Beast.
Season totals decide immunity
The two couples were tied at the top of the night’s leaderboard, with 80 out of 80 apiece when individual and group scores were combined. The show used scores accumulated across the season to break the tie.
Shum and Johnson had a season total of 236, compared with 235 for Dewan and Chmerkovskiy. That gave Shum and Johnson immunity from next week’s dance-off.
Leaderboard and elimination
The remaining leaderboard placed Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach third with 77 out of 80, followed by Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold with 72. Amber Glenn and Pasha Pashkov scored 70, while Tatyana Ali and Jan Ravnik had 69.
Julia Stiles and Ezra Sosa tied with Ali and Ravnik for sixth place, but were eliminated. Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas finished with 68 out of 80.
