Lori Loughlin Shares How She Bonded With Glen Powell for His Birthday
A birthday weekend in Austin
Loughlin was in Austin to celebrate Powell’s 38th birthday alongside several friends, including Molly Sims. Powell’s girlfriend, Michelle Randolph, and actor Chord Overstreet also attended the party. Loughlin posted a collection of photos to Instagram on Oct. 27. She wrote, “Great friends, great game and a great party,” and wished Powell a happy birthday.
Friends and a football game
The birthday gathering coincided with Loughlin cheering for the Texas Longhorns against the Ole Miss Rebels. She posed with Powell that day in his hometown, Austin. Powell moved back to Austin two years ago, after spending 15 years in Los Angeles. During the weekend, Loughlin also took a boat ride on Lake Austin.
A connection through Stamos
Loughlin and Powell appear to share a connection through John Stamos. Stamos costarred with Powell in Scream Queens and with Loughlin on Full House. Stamos previously joked about his friendship with Powell, calling him a “steam room” buddy. The article also reports that Loughlin recently reunited with Full House costars Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin at an Oct. 15 event honoring Stamos with the Scleroderma Research Foundation’s Bob Saget Legacy Award.
Loughlin returns online
At the Oct. 15 event, Dave Coulier supported Stamos with a prerecorded video because he could not attend in person. Coulier joked that Stamos and Bob Saget “have always been like beautiful sisters” to him.
