No Call or Text on Mason’s 25th Birthday: Camille Grammer Slams Kelsey for Forgetting Their Daughter

Camille’s birthday criticism
Camille Grammer said Kelsey Grammer did not reach out to their daughter Mason on her 25th birthday, Oct. 24. She posted about it on Instagram on Oct. 26, saying three days had passed without a call or text.
Camille wrote that a daughter should not have to question whether her father remembers her birthday. She also said that, in her view, being a father means being present beyond public appearances.
Camille, 58, said a mother continues to feel pain when her child is hurt. She described the lack of contact as a source of disappointment.
A strained co-parenting relationship
Camille and Kelsey were married from 1997 to 2010 and have two children together: Mason and son Jude, 22. Camille has said she and her ex do not speak and that they have no co-parenting relationship. On the Humble Bragg podcast in May, she said Kelsey had described their arrangement as “parallel parenting.” Camille also recalled that their split followed his affair with Kayte Walsh, whom he later married.
Kelsey’s comments on fatherhood
Kelsey has acknowledged that he was not as present as he could have been with some of his children. In a May 2025 interview with People, he said he had neglected a couple of his children, especially the first two, and was trying to make up for some of that.
Kelsey has children from relationships with Doreen Alderman, Barrie Buckner, Camille Grammer and Kayte Walsh. His representative had not responded to E! News’ request for comment about Camille’s post.
