Clark Kent Faces Murder Charges

The “Clark Kent: Murderer” storyline begins with Detective Comics #1115, scheduled for release in November. Its synopsis says Clark will be accused of murder and held behind bars while awaiting trial.

Batman visits, determined to clear Superman’s name. But evidence gathered by Bruce may strengthen the case against Clark instead, making the investigation deeply personal and potentially changing the World’s Finest partnership.

New Evidence Tests Batman

In Detective Comics #1116, due in December, Clark remains imprisoned as Batman continues searching for the truth. The synopsis says new evidence will make Bruce confront whether Clark really committed murder. The case pushes Batman to question his own judgment, opening the way for him to seek another investigator’s perspective.
