Marriage confirmed at premiere

Lynch, 30, attended the premiere of his new movie Heartland at Metrograph in New York City on Thursday, November 5. He wore a gold band on his ring finger. Asked by People whether he was married, the actor and musician answered, “Yes, yes I am.” He said he was not trying to hide the marriage, noting that he had worn the ring in Instagram photos.

Respecting his wife’s privacy

He also said he had been focusing on his private life, which he found gratifying. Lynch said he was excited about future prospects and would see how things unfolded.

Wedding timing remains unclear

The couple’s wedding date has not been confirmed. Earlier this year, fans on Reddit said Lynch had told people at a concert meet-and-greet that he had been married since before Christmas 2025.

Lynch returned to Instagram in June after nearly a year away from the platform, posting photos and video in which he was seen wearing a ring. He captioned the post, “Been a minute, what did I miss?” A fan replied, “more like what did WE miss?,” with a ring emoji.

Heartland heads to Netflix

Heartland also stars Jessica Chastain and Garrett Hedlund. The film is set to premiere on Netflix on Friday, November 13. At the premiere, Lynch described his private life as part of a gratifying new chapter and said he was looking forward to what came next.
