Three Cupertino Episodes Follow 60 Minutes as CBS Officially Gives Mike Colter’s Legal Thriller a Sunday Night Takeover

Colter returns to CBS

Mike Colter has appeared in three prominent CBS series created by Robert and Michelle King. His roles include Lemond Bishop in The Good Wife and a place in the ensemble of Evil, which ran for four seasons.

In Cupertino, Colter plays lawyer Michael Price, alongside Rachel Keller as Olivia Siffre. The pair were fired from a technology start-up and now represent people harmed by major technology companies through their developing law firm.

Sunday schedule changes

CBS will air three Cupertino episodes back-to-back after 60 Minutes this Sunday, replacing the scheduled Marshals and Tracker. A new episode, “Harper,” will air at 8 p.m. ET/PT in the time slot usually assigned to the Yellowstone spin-off.

The broadcast will continue with reruns of the first two episodes, “Michael & Olivia” and “Vik & Bo.” The regular Thursday episode, “Celeste,” is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Viewership and next episode

Cupertino ranked as the season’s second-most-watched new series through its second week, drawing 6.8 million viewers from October 12–18, according to Nielsen’s live-plus-seven-day measure. Another new episode, “Yungwood,” is scheduled for next Thursday, November 12. The Sunday broadcast offers viewers a larger sampling of the series’ science-fiction legal premise.
