Erika told Tudum she questioned how Blake’s finances added up, given his career and what she understood about his bills. She said she had been hesitant to ask sensitive, personal questions early in the relationship.

She recalled that Blake seemed relaxed about money, which made it seem as though he had funds available. Erika said financial habits become clearer over time, including whether someone uses credit cards or pays with cash.

Not enough of his life

Erika also felt she had not experienced enough of Blake’s world to know what she would be entering. She said she did not feel ready to marry someone whose life she had not seen enough of.
