Netflix's thrilling Bodyguard season 2 replacement series officially releases December 1 in its debut month

A new Mercurio thriller
Trinity was created by Jed Mercurio, who also created, executive produced and wrote the British political thriller Bodyguard. That series aired on BBC One and is available to stream on Netflix.
The new show has six episodes and is set to arrive on Netflix on December 1. The platform has released its official trailer, introducing the central characters and the story’s conspiracy.
Madden and Mbatha-Raw star
Richard Madden plays Secretary of Defence Webb Preston, while Gugu Mbatha-Raw stars as Commander Katherine Decker, a naval officer. The trailer shows the characters growing close. Decker comes to believe Preston may be involved in a major conspiracy. The trailer’s central mystery centers on what she discovers about the secretary.
A reunion after Bodyguard
Madden previously starred in Bodyguard as a veteran who became a principal protection officer with the Metropolitan Police Service and experienced PTSD. The series earned strong reviews and received two Emmy nominations.
