Magic: The Gathering’s Star Trek Klingon Fury Officially Arrives November 13, 2026

Worf Leads Klingon Fury

Klingon Fury is a new Commander deck in Magic: The Gathering’s Star Trek Universes Beyond crossover. Its main commander is Worf, Defiant Commander, a legendary creature card that uses the new Battlefront ability to reward attacks against multiple opponents.

The deck’s 100 cards feature Klingon warriors, spacecraft, and characters connected to Worf’s history. Its alternative commander, Kor, Cause of Vengeance, lets players sacrifice creatures to strengthen their attacks.

A Cast Across Klingon History

The deck includes Worf’s son Alexander, his brother Kurn, and his former lover K’Ehleyr. It also features well-known Klingons Martok and Kor, drawing on multiple eras of the franchise. The release presents the Klingon Empire through characters and stories tied to Worf, alongside a play style built around aggressive attacks and overcoming opponents.

Four Decks Launch November 13

Klingon Fury arrives November 13, 2026, with three other Commander decks: Federation Fleet, featuring Jean-Luc Picard; Landing Party, featuring Spock; and We Are the Borg, featuring the Borg Queen. Each standard Commander deck includes 32 cards new to Magic, a foil commander, and double-sided tokens. The suggested retail price is $74.99; Premium Collector’s Editions have surge foil versions of every card.

More Releases Mark Anniversary

The announcement follows the article’s account of Patrick Stewart’s death on October 28 at age 86. Stewart played Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation and returned for Star Trek: Picard, his final appearance in the franchise.
