Hulu’s Brilliant Selection of Movies This November: These Ones You Shouldn’t Miss

A month of varied arrivals

Hulu’s November lineup includes more than 100 shows and movies. The service is moving toward the holiday season, with horror titles such as Scream leaving and festive films such as National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation arriving.

The selection still spans genres. Subscribers can also find earlier additions such as Midsommar, while Hulu originals including Palm Springs and Happiest Season remain available.

Friendship ends on Inisherin

Set on a remote Irish island in 1923, The Banshees of Inisherin follows the bitter end of a lifelong friendship. Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson play the former friends, with Barry Keoghan also among the cast.

Martin McDonagh wrote and directed the 2022 film, which blends comedy and tragedy. It is rated R and arrives on Hulu November 1.

Drama and science fiction

Aliens brings Sigourney Weaver back as Ripley, who protects a young survivor played by Carrie Henn. Directed by James Cameron, the 1986 sequel expanded the story into an action-focused film; the article gives no Hulu arrival date.
