Play Dead by Daylight free for everyone as Xbox Game Pass officially makes 6 games completely free until November 1

Free Play Days lineup

Xbox Free Play Days gives players temporary access to selected games, usually over a weekend. Some offers require an eligible Game Pass subscription, while others are open to everyone.

Football Manager 27 is described separately as a five-day free PC preview ahead of its November launch. That preview runs until November 3.

A dark fantasy challenge

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is presented as a major draw for fans of challenging soulslike role-playing games. Set in a dark fantasy version of China’s late Ming dynasty, it follows a land beset by terrifying creatures after a mysterious illness spreads.

The game features punishing combat, intimidating bosses and an atmospheric world. Players can try it during the offer without paying full price.

Horror for Halloween weekend

Darkwood sends players into a nightmarish forest to gather resources and survive increasingly dangerous nights. The article describes it as a survival horror game aimed at players seeking a frightening experience.

Dead by Daylight pits four survivors against a killer in an asymmetrical multiplayer match. Its Halloween event is called Haunted by Daylight.

Space travel and spirits

Everspace 2 combines spaceship combat with role-playing mechanics, exploration and a loot system. Players can travel through star systems, improve their ships and uncover secrets in a science-fiction adventure.

Spirittea offers a more relaxed life-simulation experience. Players run a bathhouse for supernatural visitors, build relationships with townspeople and help troublesome spirits.

Football Manager 27 lets players manage football clubs, handle transfers and develop tactical plans as they pursue success. Its free PC preview lasts five days and is available until November 3. Limited-time purchase discounts include 80% off Everspace 2, 50% off Spirittea and 30% off Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
