Gellar captioned the pictures, “Race weekend with my boys,” as she and Prinze Jr. supported Rocky at the track over the weekend. Fans responded to the photos by pointing out the resemblance between father and son. One commenter called Rocky “the mini Freddie,” while another joked that he looked like a “Copy/Paste” of his father. A third said the final picture showed “a mini FPJ.”

Birthday tribute to Rocky

Last month, Gellar posted more photos of Rocky for his 14th birthday. She wrote that he arrived three years and one day after his older sister, Charlotte, who is 17.

Gellar said Rocky had come “racing into our lives” and described feeling lucky to watch him pursue his dream. She added that he inspires her and others around him.

A relationship since the film

Gellar and Prinze Jr. met while making the 1997 film “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and married in 2002. In 2022, Prinze Jr. recalled that they did not begin dating until about three years after they met. He told ET that their outlooks initially seemed very different, but that eventually “everything clicked.” He said Gellar had been his girlfriend ever since they started dating.

Keeping family life private

In March, Gellar said she and Prinze Jr. had enjoyed “a quieter life and a private life” since their wedding. She told People that their fans had respected that choice.

Gellar, 49, also joked that having a separate bathroom from Prinze Jr., 50, had helped preserve their 23-year marriage. She clarified that couples do not need two bathrooms in the bedroom, only another one available.
