Kardashian turns heads in trompe l’oeil Schiaparelli at All’s Fair Mexico City premiere

A sculpted red-carpet look
Kardashian’s ivory gown had a low-cut silicone bodice shaped to resemble skin, with molded details over the chest. Glossy fringe fell below the waist, with glimpses of sheer polka-dot mesh underneath.
Stylist Law Roach completed the outfit with matching platform sandals and understated hoop earrings. The styling kept attention on the gown rather than the flashy diamonds Kardashian often wears.
From couture runway to premiere
Roach selected the design from Schiaparelli’s fall 2026 couture collection, presented by creative director Daniel Roseberry at Paris’ Petit Palais in July. Roseberry developed the skin-like silicone with a workshop outside Paris known for lifelike film prop babies.
The collection’s anatomical effects have appeared on other stars. Kylie Jenner wore a Schiaparelli gown with faux nipples and a belly button to the Met Gala in May; Bella Hadid wore a sculpted red silk gown to “The Beauty” premiere in January.
Kardashian on success
On the Mexico red carpet, a reporter asked Kardashian how she would define a successful woman today. She said, “I think happiness is success,” adding that success is subjective and is not about a job, money, cars or clothes.
Kardashian has also drawn attention to the look in her own business: in 2023, she launched Skims’ Ultimate Nipple Bra. She later told “Jimmy Kimmel Live” the bra was modeled after her chest.
