Years after Ned Fulmer faced scrutiny over a public cheating scandal involving a producer on the web show, Ethan Klein is facing similar allegations. Ethan, host of the H3 Podcast, is accused of cheating on his wife, Hila, after 14 years of marriage.

When Ned’s scandal arose, Ethan criticized his actions, saying the couple had two children and that cheating was despicable. He said that if someone was in love with a partner, they should get a divorce rather than cheat.

Hila and crew respond

Hila said Ethan had admitted to emotionally cheating on her for more than six months. She described trying to navigate heartbreak while parenting their three children, Theodore, Bruce and Sunny.

The H3 Productions crew said it had agreed not to continue working with Ethan or profit from his involvement. Variety reported that Ethan addressed the allegations in his Instagram Stories.

Paytas joins the reaction

Ned and Trisha Paytas, Ethan’s sister-in-law, reacted to the allegations. Paytas is married to Ethan’s brother, Moses, and they have three children. Paytas criticized Ethan in 2019 for content she said was harmful to young women, after he shamed her edited Instagram photos. During her first appearance on the H3 podcast, before she and Ethan hosted Frenemies, she said Hila deserved better than Ethan.
