Looksmaxxing streamer Clavicular pleads not guilty in rape case involving 17-year-old girl

Charges in Massachusetts

Peters, who built an online following as a self-described beauty guru, entered a not-guilty plea in a Massachusetts court. The charges allege that he intoxicated and raped a 17-year-old girl at his family’s home in Chatham.

Police say the teenager visited Peters in May 2025. Court filings and police accounts allege he gave her vodka shots until she was heavily intoxicated, livestreamed himself kissing her, and sexually assaulted her after she woke the next morning.

Separate civil allegations

The teenager previously described her allegations in a Florida civil lawsuit. She said she had been paid to appear in Peters’ looksmaxxing videos and also accused him of injecting her with a fat-dissolving substance on camera without her consent. A representative for Peters said the criminal charges arose from the civil dispute. The representative alleged the woman contacted law enforcement only after Peters “refused to pay money.”

Peters’ response and possible sentence

Peters’ attorneys previously called the civil filing a “publicity grab” and sought to have it dismissed. Their motion cited text messages that they said showed the teenager knew about the cosmetic injections.
