What is a UUID?

A 128-bit random id, usually written as 36 characters with hyphens. Version 4 is random, not based on your name or the time.

Could two be the same?

It is possible and absurdly unlikely. That is why they are used as unique ids.

Are these UUIDs random?

Yes. They are version 4 UUIDs made from your browser's secure random numbers.
