First Internet Creator to Host SNL: Emma Stone Joins Druski During Hosting Debut

A first for an online creator

Druski opened his first SNL monologue by recognizing the significance of hosting the program. He said people were calling him the first internet content creator, social media influencer and star known for making people laugh on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram to host the show. He added that people say many things about him, setting up several jokes about the public’s comments.

Jokes about public speculation

Druski joked that some people say he looks like a lesbian, then questioned how true that claim was. He also made light of speculation that he uses Ozempic, saying it could be either lies or truth.

He said SNL would not stop him from saying anything, before joking that the show had only a few rules: no cussing and no whiteface. He quipped that he could not promise to follow either.

Family in the audience

Druski described himself as a fat kid from the suburbs and began a story about teachers who did not believe in him. He then revealed he was joking, saying he had used the setup because rappers say that kind of thing. He thanked his family, who were in the audience, for supporting his dreams.
