After a major delay, High Potential Season 3 officially sets its 2027 release date

ABC sets the January premiere

High Potential will return to ABC on Tuesday, January 5, 2027, according to the network’s newly announced midseason schedule. The series had been delayed until 2027 ahead of its third season, but its premiere is arriving sooner than expected.

A special episode follows

The series is also scheduled for a special post-Super Bowl episode on February 14, 2027. That broadcast comes after the January 5 return. High Potential stars Kaitlin Olson as Morgan Gillory, a genius detective. The article describes the series as television’s top-rated drama among viewers aged 18 to 49.
