Bushnell rangefinder options: Which gear matches your golf game and needs?

A-1 Slope basics
The A-1 Slope offers 6x magnification and can lock onto targets up to 350 yards away. Its slope calculation can be switched on or off through the menu, and Pinseeker Jolt vibrates when the device locks onto a target.
Unlike the other models described, the A-1 Slope can recharge through USB-C. Its slope control has no physical switch to show whether the feature is active.
Tour V7 Shift features
The Tour V7 Shift adds an OLED screen and Range Recall, which displays the last measured distance. It has 6x magnification and can lock on from as far as 500 yards.
A physical Jolt vibration and a Visual Jolt signal in the viewfinder indicate a pin lock. The unit also has a physical slope switch and a BITE magnet. Its front, middle and back distances can help golfers assess room around a target and choose a club.
Pro X3+ LINK information
The Pro X3+ LINK connects to the Bushnell app and provides MyBag information when paired with a launch monitor. It also allows golfers to set a home elevation. The model incorporates playing conditions into its calculations, including slope, wind speed and wind direction.
Choosing among the models
Bushnell’s rangefinder lineup includes four models, though the article provides detailed features for the A-1 Slope, Tour V7 Shift and Pro X3+ LINK. It describes the range as offering options for different budgets and needs.
