Apple iPhone Duo Nearly Sold Out: Where It Can Still Arrive Fastest

Pickup options are scarce
Apple announced the iPhone Duo on October 16, 2026, after years of anticipation for its first folding phone. The starting price is $1,999. Many Apple stores checked in big cities had no units available for pickup. Apple still accepted online orders, with delivery estimated for January 25.
Best Buy shows earlier dates
Best Buy offered the iPhone Duo for Verizon and AT&T, with shipping or pickup listed for December 22. The estimate stayed the same across Night Sky and Star White finishes and 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB storage options.
The reported dates at all three carriers also remained unchanged across colors and storage configurations. Unlike some past Apple launches, higher-capacity models did not appear to be available sooner.
Carrier choice affects compatibility
A phone bought through one network is not guaranteed to work on another. Shoppers seeking an unlocked iPhone Duo compatible with any cellular network must order from Apple.
Apple’s estimated delivery for that option was in early 2027. The stated January 25 date was the specific estimate for online Apple orders.
Wait times may grow
The ship dates had not moved earlier at any retailer during the three weeks Matt Jancer monitored them, including at Apple. The estimates were described as current at the time of reporting.
New shipments sometimes bring earlier dates for popular devices, but no such change had been seen for the iPhone Duo. The report said the dates could grow longer.
