Amazon’s New Echo Devices Add an Alarm Clock, Photo Frame and Smart Home Upgrades

A clock for bedside routines
Echo Time is Amazon’s first smart alarm clock designed for Alexa+. Its 3.2-inch touchscreen shows alarms, weather and music, and offers hundreds of customizable clock faces. A sunrise-style light gradually brightens in the morning. Optional sleep-sensing technology can also wake users during lighter sleep.
A photo frame with Alexa+
Amazon’s Alexa Photo Frame uses a 10-inch HD touchscreen to display pictures. Its anti-glare, semi-matte finish is intended to make images look more like framed photographs. Light-sensing technology automatically changes the screen’s brightness throughout the day. The frame also includes Alexa+ features.
Echo Dot adds home features
A built-in eero Wi-Fi extender can expand coverage for users with a compatible eero network. The lineup also includes a 16-inch smart display.
