UFC Growth Powers Earnings as TKO Raises Guidance Again for 2026

Quarterly results rise

TKO Group Holdings reported third-quarter revenue of $1.36 billion, a 21 percent increase from the same period a year earlier. Net income was $277.9 million, compared with $171.1 million a year ago, while adjusted EBITDA increased 54 percent to $555.7 million.

The company said live events and experiences were supporting its business. President and COO Mark Shapiro said TKO’s assets were positioned within that market and described the company’s fundamentals as solid.

UFC leads growth

UFC revenue rose 60 percent to $519.2 million, the largest increase among TKO’s businesses. The company attributed the growth to media rights, sponsorships, live events, and consumer products and licensing. UFC adjusted EBITDA increased 72 percent to $285.3 million.

WWE and IMG results

WWE revenue declined 1 percent to $399.2 million as lower live events and hospitality revenue offset gains in media rights and consumer products. Its adjusted EBITDA rose 5 percent to $217.2 million.

IMG revenue increased 16 percent to $291.3 million, supported by partnerships and marketing, as well as hospitality revenue tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 89 percent to $115.9 million.
