The relationship falls apart

At a cast reunion at a local bar, Rob had a meltdown and said he did not care about his relationship with Michaella. He pointed out that they had known each other only a few weeks and became upset when she spoke with beekeeper Matt.

Rob left Michaella in the middle of the night. The two are not together, and Michaella later discussed the breakup with Tudum.

Michaella describes betrayal

Michaella said Rob’s behavior felt like a betrayal. She recalled that she had introduced him to her parents and shared more of herself than she had with anyone before. She also said she had been patient and kind, and questioned why he was saying those things in front of his friends and on camera.

She wishes they had left

Michaella said she wished she and Rob had left the show together. She felt the relationship had reached a dark place and thought leaving together might have been better for his mental state. She described Rob as very stressed and said she did not want anyone to feel that way.
