A Homemade Crown and Colorful Balloons: Kourtney Kardashian Shares Look at Rocky Barker’s Bear-ably Cute Birthday Party

Kourtney Kardashian offered a glimpse of the party she and Travis Barker held for their son Rocky Barker. The celebration brought together the toddler’s favorite stuffed animals and figurines.

A photo shared to Kourtney’s Instagram Stories Nov. 1 showed stuffed animals gathered around the birthday cake in party hats. Miniature dinosaurs and plastic Monster’s, Inc. characters were also scattered across the table, while multicolored balloons decorated the ceiling. A homemade crown stitched with the number three sat on the table for Rocky.

Family Sends Birthday Wishes

Rocky’s big sister Alabama Barker also shared a photo of him preparing to enjoy his cake, with Kourtney crouched beside him. Alabama, 20, wrote, “Happy birthday to my little man,” and added, “I love you rock rock.” Travis posted a picture of Rocky exploring what appeared to be a museum. “Happy 3rd birthday Rocky I love you,” he wrote on Instagram Stories.

A Difficult Road to Rocky

Kourtney discussed the couple’s path to parenthood in Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, a Hulu documentary. She said she became pregnant six months into her relationship with Travis, but at a first-trimester appointment they learned the baby no longer had a heartbeat.

Kourtney recalled, “When we lost the baby, we were devastated.” She said they tried IVF five times over eight months, and that the procedures affected her mental and physical health. The couple later conceived naturally, and Rocky was born Nov. 1, 2023. Travis called him “the healthiest, happiest little human I've ever met,” while Kourtney said having Rocky gave Travis another chance to be a father.
