Nine Pre-Painted Dungeon Crawler Carl Miniatures in the Royal Court Officially Releases This Month
Miniatures Join The Roleplaying Game
The Royal Court set is designed to accompany Renegade Game Studios’ upcoming Dungeon Crawler Carl Roleplaying Game. It includes nine pre-painted figures: Carl Royal Court, Princess Donut Royal Court, Baby Mongo, Carl & Donut, Mongo Royal Court, Carl Explosives “Expert,” Donut Riding Mongo, Samantha, and Katia Grim.
The miniatures are individually packaged and made at a 28–32mm scale. They are compatible with games using 1:5 grids and can also be enjoyed as standalone collectibles.
Game And Rulebook Details
The roleplaying game is set to launch later this month. Players can enter the World Dungeon alone or with friends, creating their own character or playing as Carl, Princess Donut, or Katia.
A Growing Book Series
Author Matt Dinniman’s LitRPG series began as a free web novel and secured Ace Books as its publisher in 2024. It now comprises eight novels, with The Beautiful Place planned as the next volume.
The series has also inspired graphic novels, card games, and a tabletop roleplaying experience. A television adaptation is in production, and Peacock has greenlit a dedicated series.
