TechCrunch Founder Summit in Boston: 2 days till founders, investors and operators gather

Boston summit opens November 4

TechCrunch Founder Summit, presented by Fidelity Private Shares, begins November 4 at 9:00 a.m. ET at SoWa Power Station. The event is designed for founders, investors and operators from Boston and beyond.

The gathering will feature conversations about building companies, along with practical insights and opportunities to make connections. Pass prices are set to increase, and special group discounts are due to end.

Founders share growth lessons

Steve Fredette, Toast’s president, co-founder and director, will discuss the company’s path from finding customers and developing product-market fit to scaling and adapting after its original idea succeeds. Chase Garbarino, HqO’s CEO and co-founder, will address the experience of building from Boston. He has led the company from the city for more than a decade, raised significant capital and expanded internationally without moving to a West Coast startup hub.

Networking beyond the stage

The summit’s Braindate networking is intended to help attendees connect over shared challenges. Interactive roundtables will bring founders and venture capitalists together to discuss specific problems with guidance from a scaling expert.

Official Side Events will extend connections beyond the main event across the Boston startup hub. The organizers describe the summit as a chance to bring the area’s startup community into one room.

Pass deals and agenda

The full agenda includes breakout and roundtable sessions on scaling topics. Organizers encourage attendees to secure passes before prices rise and group discounts disappear. A separate offer provides a second pass free with the purchase of one pass, allowing attendees to bring a co-founder or partner. The offer is described as ending when the deal expires.
