RNC had said canceled; now Trump rallies in Kansas and Iowa are back Sunday, source says

Rallies return to schedule
Trump had been due to hold a rally in Kansas on Saturday and another in Iowa on Sunday. A source familiar with the matter said both events will instead be held Sunday, after Thursday’s cancellations.
The source said the rallies were rearranged to accommodate a series of tele-rallies planned for Saturday. Trump had said a tele-rally would take the place of an in-person appearance in Kansas.
House races near election day
The midterm elections are less than a week away, and candidates are making their final appeals to voters. All 435 seats in the House of Representatives will be decided on Nov. 3.
ABC News rates 16 House races as tossups. Their outcomes are expected to help determine which party controls the House in the 120th Congress.
