Selleck’s Blue Bloods Return Condition Officially Confirmed by Donnie Wahlberg: One Episode Must Stand Out

A return requires a special episode

Speaking to People, Donnie Wahlberg said bringing Tom Selleck back as Frank Reagan would require an unusually thoughtful episode. The story would need to meet a high standard before Selleck agreed to reprise the role.
