Yorkshire Wildlife Park in England remained closed after a man entered a tiger enclosure and was fatally attacked, according to South Yorkshire Police.
Police said the man died at the scene and that officers were supporting his family.
An eyewitness told the BBC the man had been wearing headphones and pacing near the enclosure before going inside.
The park said the tiger was safe and well, after receiving inquiries about the animal.
