    Can I undo it?

    Your original file is untouched, so you can always start again from it.

    How do I delete several pages at once?

    Type them with commas and dashes, for example "2, 5-7". Every page you list is removed in one go.

    Are my files uploaded?

    No. The pages are removed inside your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
