Michelle Yeoh, Hunter Schafer Lead Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner Sequel Series, Officially Hits Prime Video in 1 Month

A new chapter arrives
Ridley Scott introduced the Blade Runner world in 1982. Denis Villeneuve returned to it with Blade Runner 2049 in 2017, and the franchise now continues with Blade Runner 2099.
The eight-episode limited series is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on November 25, 2026. Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer star.
A city rebuilt by others
The story is set 50 years after the events of Blade Runner 2049. Los Angeles has been reborn, but not by humanity. Cora, played by Schafer, is a fugitive trying to stop running. In a final bid, she assumes one last identity: a Blade Runner.
An uneasy partnership
Cora is forced to work with Olwen, played by Yeoh, a Replicant who has only days left to live. Together, they pursue a runaway. The target is hiding a truth that could bring down their fragile city.
